Red Mist Squidward- One of the final enemies in the game, he appears to resemble Squidward, except with hyper realistic, bloodshot red eyes.He also will appear when Squidward is trying to practice his Clarinet for the concert for day 7.

The player must also turn off the TV as switching channels won't work on him. His jumpscare also fills up the meter more than the others. The player must blink or look away quickly or else his stare will fill up the meter quicker than the others. He will appear anywhere in Squidward's house, including in his TV. He appears to have slightly longer tentacles than Squidward. When he jumpscare you, he reveals a ghastly, wide smile and bloody red human eyes.
InSaNiTy- He appears to resemble Squidward, except is Dark blue and Black, hollow eyes with a creepy smile. The player must then look away or blink or he will jumpscare you. The player must change channels or turn off the TV or else he will come out of the TV if stared at for too long. He will fill up the sanity meter if been looked at. He only appears inside of Squidward's TV. 000- He appears to be Spongebob, but with hyper-realistic eyes. Do the same to make him go away or he will jumpscare you. He will also appear in Squidward's bed at night. When he appears, the player must blink or look away or else he will fill up the meter by looking at him, he will also jumpscare you and fill up the meter. He first appears in Day 3 only in the Krusty Krab. Diabetic Patrick- He is Patrick from Patrick's Diabetes. The player must look away or blink or he will fill up the meter by looking at you and then will jumpscare you, filling up the meter as well. After that happens, Motto will start to appear. 
At the Krusty Krab, occasionally you will see Plankton trying to steal the secret formula, but fails. When he is on TV, the player must switch channels or turn off the TV or else he will fill up your sanity meter by staring and then 10 seconds later, jumpscare you and fill up the meter. He first appears at day 4, however he can occasionally appear in previous days only at the Krusty Krab.
Motto- He is basically Plankton from Rock Motto. When she appears, the player must blink or look away, she does not jumpscare the player but however can increase your sanity meter. She first appears at day 1 but however, she very rarely appears at any place. She appears to be more of a hallucination than an actual antagonist. The Hanging Squirrel- She is basically Sandy, but hanging from a rope. 
He won't leave until the player does those things. The player must turn off the TV or switch channels or else his stare will fill up your sanity meter and he will also blink which fills it up much more. He also occasionally appears on TV in Squidward's House. The player must blink or look away to make him go away or else he will jumpscare you and increase your sanity meter. He rarely appears inside Squidward's house and commonly appears in The Krusty Krab. Bootleg SpongeBob- Another antagonist in the game.Look away or blink to make him go away or else he will jumpscare you, increasing your sanity meter. If you see him, your sanity meter will fill up.
He first appears at day 1 and can be anywhere.
Suicide Squidward- The main antagonist of the game. If your sanity meter is full, you get a game over. You can lower it by doing a task, ignoring it, and a obtaining a special music box as a gift from Squidward's mom. Try to blink or look away to make it go away or else it will jumpscare you, increasing your sanity meter. Every time you see something, your sanity meter goes up. There are 7 days and each day, whatever is trying to make you go insane gets more aggressive. You must do your tasks: go to work, go home and relax, and then go to sleep. You play as Squidward and you first start on Monday. Survive each day in a week and try not to let your sanity get to you. Squidward is doing his best to have a quality life, but there is somebody trying to make him really miserable to the point of ending his own life.
